ART 3ESO REGULAR STRUCTURES

TO DO THIS WEEK
 13-17 APRIL
Information:
MODULE in a regular structure
Modules are identical or similar shapes that appear more than once in a design. The presence of modules tends to unify the design. The modules can be easily discovered and must be simple and the repetition effect would not be lost.
Regular structure: all elements are equal and follow a regular distribution. The most characteristics are Axial, Symmetry, radial, basic and complex

Radial structure : the elements start from a centre and continually repeat themselves.

When the module is repeated in the design we call it a repeating or mosaic design and it creates two-dimensional (2-dimensional) modular structures.
Look here :  http://epvtics.blogspot.com.es/2013/04/estructuras-modulares.html

They can also be three-dimensional. Look here http://epvtics.blogspot.com.es/2013/05/estructuras-modulares.html .

Read all the instructions and then go step by step.
I hope you like it!

Instructions:

Designs of regular structure or beach objects (for example swimsuit, flip flops, balls ... you choose the object)
On paper:
Back part of the page, WRITE THE INSTRUCTIONS and this TABLE, where we specify the object for which we make the design, the color harmony we use, and the composition of the design.

There are THREE mandatory and then you can do some voluntary.

Objet

Compositión
L15 A
swimsuit
Secondary colors + tints
Square network
L15 B

L15C
Something circular

Radial symmetry
L16 voluntaria

The first three designs have to coordinate the colors with each other. Remember that in the color lesson (LOOK HERE) We saw formulas to coordinate the colors.

In the front of  your page we make the designs of the modules with watercolor pencils of approximately 3x3 cm or 3x10  ( radial symetry)

For example: L15A L15B L15C Voluntary

To make your final designs , I mean , the regular structures ,we use this page http://www.educacionplastica.net/ , the following links.

1. L15 A y L15B Go to Two-dimensional modular structures there you have different compositions that you can use (choose 2, the ones you want):

una red de triángulos equiláteros link.

una red de cuadrados link.

Example
L15A
Module:

Regular structure:

Follow these links

Una red de hexágonos link.

Diseño de estampados link: Where you have constant repetition and symmetry

2. L15C http://www.educacionplastica.net/ Go to Composition, at the bottom of the page is the radial symmetry (you have to do at least one exercise with this type of composition)
Example
L15C
Regular structure:                                          Module:

3.
If you want to do the volunteers, you can make the design for the scooter, a t-shirt, the car signs ... remember that it has to be reular structures. (en el apartado de La Composición en el Diseño Gráfico, justo encima  de la simetría radial,)

In your removable memory in the EPVAV folder you must save your work as:
L15A (ESPECICA EL OBJETO, tu nombre y curso)
L15B (ESPECICA EL OBJETO,tu nombre y curso)
L15C (ESPECICA EL OBJETO,tu nombre y curso,)
L15 voluntaria1 (ESPECICA EL OBJETO, tu nombre y curso)
L15 voluntaria2... (ESPECICA EL OBJETO,tu nombre y curso)

PLEASE SEND ME AN E-MAIL WITH 5 FOTOS ( front and back of your page, and 3 exercises)

REMEMBER : write in your e-mail your name number and course with the L15

The easiest way to save an exercise (once it is finished, not before, because it does not accept changes) is to use the right mouse button and save as will appear. Then you name it and save it in your EPVAV folder.

You have examples of other students in
